The ''Only (with) others are we'' programme targets 10,000 educational staff members and management (kindergartens, primary and secondary school, boarding houses, adult education centres) with a view to strengthening their civic and social competences. The programme further seeks to raise awareness of the importance of respecting diversity, fosters intercultural cooperation helping everyone to learn to live together in a multicultural society so as to create an inclusive environment in classroom/school settings. Educational staff encourages students to develop and nurture the values of mutual help, respectful communication and conflict management and intercultural dialogue both at school and in society.
