Implementation of the Interreg ALPINE SPACE Programme 2021-2027 has begun with the opening of the first call for project proposals. The aim of the first call for project proposals is to exploit the untapped potentials and challenges across the Alpine regions. Organisations, interested in applying, are invited to submit their project proposals for all specific objectives under thematic priorities 1, 2 and 3 through classic projects or through small-scale projects.
The budget earmarked for classic projects is EUR 25 million ERDF with a 75% co-financing rate. The total financial size of each project shall range between EUR 1 and 3 million. Classic projects follow a two-step selection procedure. The submission deadline for classic projects is 28 February 2022.
The budget earmarked for small-scale projects is EUR 5 million ERDF with a 75% co-financing rate. The total financial size of each project shall range between EUR 250.000 and 750.000. Small-scale projects follow a one-step selection procedure. The submission deadline for small-scale projects is 22 April 2022.
