Ljubljana, 5 June 2020 – Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy has issued a financial support decision for the project “Construction of the Puščava business zone – phase 1”. The project worth EUR 549,000 will be implemented by the municipality Mokronog-Trebelno and will receive EUR 329,000 of European Regional Development Fund support.
The project seeks to improve the conditions for performing economic activities and thus create new jobs. The investment covers the constructions and management of utility infrastructure in the southwestern part of the business zone which currently has no utility infrastructure in place with the regional road, water supply system, electricity power network and telecommunications network being located nearby. The investment aims to set up 0.87 hectares of business areas which represents additional 0.48 hectares of new areas for economic activity.
