EU funds for lifelong learning of school headmasters
Ljubljana, 14 September 2015 – Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy, acting as the Managing Authority for European Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund, issued a decision for the project “Lifelong learning of school headmasters – training for leadership in schools and kindergartens IV”. The project worth EUR 203,000 will receive European Social Fund support in the amount of EUR 173,000 under the 2007-2013 European Cohesion Policy programming period.
The aim of the project “Lifelong learning of school headmasters – training for leadership in schools and kindergartens IV” is to enhance collective empowerment of school headmasters in the field of management, distributed leadership and support in terms of management and leadership. The project is a continuation of previous projects; it will upgrade and support school leadership, preparation of technical material in the field of management and school leadership, programme evaluation and dissemination of results. The project is an important contribution to the already developed programmes for school headmasters.
