Operational Programme for Human Resources Development represents the implementation document for drawing on the funds from the European Social Fund with 755 million Euros being available in the framework of the OP for the entire financial period. The OP is focused on strengthening human capital, job creation, promoting employability and employment, strengthening of innovativeness and consequently strengthening the competitiveness of the economy by investing in the development of adequate research and other employees, life-long learning, ensuring social inclusion and promotion of equal opportunities with special emphasis also being on enhancing the efficiency of the public sector.
